PURPOSE:To prevent scattering of offensive smell, dust or the like by a method wherein air to be discharged is blown into water in a water tank to compartibilize smoke, dust, smell or the like with the water and separate it from air. CONSTITUTION:An air discharging device, discharging air in a predetermined space to the outside thereof, is provided with a water tank 4 and ducts 1, 3 for injecting air into water in the water tank 4. The air is sent by pressure generated by a compressor 2. The air, injected into the water, is mixed by the rotation of vanes 6 and is compatibilized with smoke, dust or the like in the air. According to this method, the smoke, dust or the like is separated from the air and is discharged through a discharging pipe 10 together with the water, therefore, scattering of offensive smell, dust or the like may be prevented. A supersonic vibrator 11 is provided to facilitate affiliation of the smoke or the like existing in the air with the water.
