PURPOSE:To secure the mechanical strength of a core part, to prevent damages at the time of machining a groove, to make a medium sliding characteristic excellent and to obtain a magnetic shielding effect by forming a separation groove used for forming the core part with a block-like material before it is sliced, filling a nonmagnetic material on both sides of the core part and giving such a structure that all directions of the core part are surrounded by a soft magnetic material. CONSTITUTION:Two filling grooves 20a are formed on one surface of a soft magnetic block 20, and filled with the nonmagnetic material 21. With the filling material 21 left opposite to the filling grooves 20a from a facing surface, two grooves 20b are formed. By slicing the block horizontally and in a thin shape, an E-shaped soft magnetic thin piece body 22 is obtained. Then the upper and lower surfaces of the soft magnetic block 23 are finished in parallel with each other at high accuracy. A back core groove 24a is formed on one surface of the block 23, while a core space groove 24b perpendicular to the other surface is formed on said surface. A nonmagnetic reinforcing body 25 is fitted in sand sticks to the groove 24b. A thin groove is formed at the bottom of the groove 24a which a thin piece body 22 is fitted in and sticks thereto. After the side of the reinforcing body 25 is ground, a thin film-like magnetic pole part 29 holding a main magnetic pole part 28 is bonded, and its surface is mirror-finished in a semi-spherical shape. A coil 21 is inserted into the core part, and a back core 32 is bonded, after which it sticks to a terminal board 33. |
