PURPOSE:To reduce a slip and friction heat by dividing a squeezing roller into round slices so that divided rollers can be independently rotated respectively and revolving individual rollers at different peripheral speeds during the revolving process of the squeezing roller. CONSTITUTION:A squeezing roller 7 is divided into three to form an inside roller 7a, a middle roller 7b, and an outside roller 7c having a smaller roller width, and the rollers 7a-7c are formed independently rotatably respectively. Therefore, during the revolving process of the squeezing roller 7, the rollers 7a-7c are revolved at different peripheral speeds. For example, the outside roller 7c located furthest from a rotary shaft 3 can be revolved at a larger peripheral speed than the inside roller 7a located nearest to it. As a result, little slip is generated between the squeezing roller 7 and an elastic tube 14, little heat is generated by the elastic tube 14, thus the life of the tube 14 can be extended remarkably.
