PURPOSE:To promote the convenience of a device and the easiness of its handling, by concurrently providing a safety valve unit in a coupling of an extensible inflation hose, connected with an air supply port of a buoyancy adjusting jacket, and controlling a pull cord, which connects a power inflater with a safety valve, through extension of the hose so as to discharge air. CONSTITUTION:An adjusting jacket provides an air supply port 41 to be drilled in an outside material 1a, and the jacket mounts a coupling 9 to the air supply port 41 while a protrusive cylinder 31 of a mounting member 10 turnably to a cylindrical member 33 of the coupling 9. A protrusive cylindrical part 47 of the mounting member 10 is mounted to one end of an inflation hose 2, equipped with a power inflater of mouthpiece or the like in the other end, and a pull cord 30, which connects its one end with the inflater and the other end with a link member 66, is arranged in the hose 2. In case of emergency, if the hose 2 is lifted extending by hand, the pull cord 30 is also pulled to turn the link member 66, and air is discharged by turning a lever rod 62 to open a valve 50. Accordingly, the adjusting jacket eliminates the necessity for separately providing a safety valve unit and an actuator mechanism.
