PURPOSE:To substantially reduce emitted gas further to promote the utilization as fuel oil, by compressing a liquid-stage cargo of vaporizing gas to be cooled thereafter absorbing the vaporizing gas to a liquid phase part in a fuel tank by a bubble generator provided in the bottom part of the fuel tank. CONSTITUTION:Vaporizing mixture gas 3 in a liquid-state cargo tank 1 is fed to a compressor 6 and a cooler 7. Here the mixture 3, being partly condensed in the cooler 7, is transferred to a fuel tank 18 via a condensing liquefied oil feed pipe 9. While the residual mixture 3 is discharged from a bubble generator 8a, connected with a gas delivery pipe 8, as a fine bubble into fuel oil from the bottom part of the fuel tank 18. In this way, attraction of cargo oil gas to the fuel oil is remarkably promoted. Gas, not absorbed even from the above, floats on an upper surface of the fuel tank 18, being absorbed by fuel oil dripping from a shower nozzle 13a, and only the remaining gas is emitted to the atmosphere from a pressure relief valve 19. By this constitution, the emitted gas to the atmosphere is substantially reduced, further the collected cargo oil is utilized as the fuel oil.
