PURPOSE:To prevent wear and resin burn by forming a resin passage hole at the surface of each work using a resin processing punch, forming into a nozzle with processing of the contour and heat treatment, and by making the hole with smooth bore through processing without causing the fiber flow to be cut. CONSTITUTION:Each work 33 for a nozzle is fixed onto a lower base 31 using a fixture 35, and a plastic processing punch 39 fixed to an upper base 37 is sunk to form a resin passage hole 13, whereafter the contour 19 is processed and heat treated. Here the resin passage hole 13 should have better surface roughness than by machining as well as be with less risk of resin stagnation and resin burn. Because it does not sever the fiber flow, the hardness of the bore of resin passage hole 13 will not drop to lead to prevention of wear due to glass fibers etc. included in the resin.
