PURPOSE:To improve the response at reading of start/stop by providing the 2nd wire arranged in a way that one end is locked to the equipment main body, the wire is belted to the 3rd moving pulley and both fixed pulleys and then the 3rd pulley again and the other end is locked to the equipment main body. CONSTITUTION:When a drive motor 23 is driven in the direction B, a drive pulley 24 is driven in the same direction to wind up a drive wire 26 and the 2nd running body 11 is moved in the direction A via a clamp section 27. The 1st and 2nd running pulleys 18, 19 act like running blocks for the 1st wire 20 fixed at a locking point 21 and the 1st running body 10 locked to the 1st wire 10 by the 1st clamp section 22 is driven in the direction A at a speed being twice that of the 2nd running body 11. Since a torque of the 3rd running pulley 32 is exerted directly onto the 1st running body, the start/stop response of the running body is improved.
