摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To perform a plate thickness control keeping the target value from the top end of a blank material by detecting and calculating a factor deviated from predicted value of the deformation resistance of the blank material among various factors by which a plate thickness is deviated from the target thickness and adding and correcting the only factor deviated from predicted value of the deformation resistance of the blank material for the latter stands. CONSTITUTION:Measurement 5 of a plate thickness deviation H of a steel plate 2 in the inlet side of the 1st stand No.1 STD is performed and a bending pressure at the No.1 STD is detected to obtain a bending pressure deviation DELTAPB. A load deviation DELTAP from a load meter 3 is obtained to get a plate thickness deviation DELTAH of the plate 2 by the 2nd thickness meter 2 set in the outlet side of the No.1 STD. Concurrently, calculation 4 is performed by introducing the plate thickness deviation DELTAH, pressure deviation DELTAPB, load deviation DELTAP, and plate thickness deviation DELTAh into the 1st arithmetic part 4a. Then, the output signal of the above calculation is inputted into the 2nd arithmetic part 4b and is calculated to output a necessary screwdown correcting amount DELTAS1 through the 1st and 2nd screwdown position controllers 7 and 8 to control a screwdown amounts of the 2nd stand No.2 STD and No.1 STD so that a plate thickness deviation is made to be zero.</p>
