MATERIAL SUPPLY AND DISCHARGE DEVICE OF EXTRUDING MACHINE

PURPOSE:To contrive elimination of labor in exchanging work of an extrusion material, by performing automatically a series of exchanges of the materials such as supply of the remaining material to an extruding machine hopper and discharge of the remaining material from the extruding machine hopper. CONSTITUTION:A vessel 5 of a supply side conveyor 30 is slid by an operation button 51 and thrown into a lifter 20 waiting at the lowest position of a lifter guide rail 22. Then an insulation coating material is thrown into a hopper 12 by a method wherein the vessel is raised up to a predetermined position of the top part 22a and dropped by actuating a driving device 21 for ascent and descent. When throwing-in is completed the empty vessel 5 descends down to the lowest position for suspension and waiting at that position. When extrusion work of an extrusion machine 1 is completed, the material remaining in the hopper 12 drops into the empty vessel 5 waiting at the foregoing predetermined position on the lower part of the hopper 12 from a discharge port 12a through a discharge chute 15 for discharge and collection.
