<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the document file name and the page information is response to voices by providing a table which stores the file names and pages of documents stored in a document storing mechanism in response to the voice recording position of a voice recoding medium. CONSTITUTION:A document file 16 stores various types of documents supplied and edited and the corresponding document is read out for each page under the control of a CPU 10 and synchronously with the reproduction of voices and displayed at a display part 13. The voice recording start position on a CMT shown by the count value of a counter 23 and the information on the file name and the pages of the document corresponding to the voices are written to an index memory 17 in the form of a pair in a recording or reproduction mode. These information area referred to by the CPU 10 in a voice reproduction mode. The CPU 10 sets the count value obtained at the head line position of the memory 17 to a register 24 to compare it with the count value of the counter 23. If the value of the counter 23 is smaller than the count value set to the register 24, a reproduction start signal is sent to a sound recording/ reproducing device 20 to start the reproduction.</p> |
