PURPOSE:To improve greatly the productivity of programs by extracting the prescribed attributes out of a group of reusable packages to edit them for reproduction of an new program package and then producing an object program. CONSTITUTION:A data base 3 extracts the attribute designated previously as an attribute for extraction out of a standard package 1 and stores it with control. Then the extracted attribute is supplied to an editing system 4 which is controlled by a personal computer 5 for selection of an attribute 6 needed for the desired application. The attribute 6 is processed via a data generation system 7 for production of an object program 2. Thus the desired application data 8 is obtained. Then the program 2 is produced via a target machine data production system 9 so that the data 8 is suited to the target machine used for a desired application.
