PURPOSE:To be able to line the inside of a pipe line with plenty of bent pats under inverting a tube through mechanical power automatically and to shorten working hours, by clearing the bent parts by finding bending directions of the pipe line while a tip derivative is being turned by detecting reaction force and a shift distance of an induction bar. CONSTITUTION:An uninverted tube 4 is penetrated through a supporting ring 10 fitted to a head part 8 of a tip derivative 6, fluid pressure is applied to the uninverted tube 4 through an inverting machine 3, pressing force is applied to an induction bar 5 by actuating a pressing-in machine 12 and lining is started under inverting the uninverted tube 4. When the tip derivative 6 abuts against a bent part 2, a reaction force is generated on the induction bar 5 and the pressing-in machine 12 is suspended. When a pressing-in gauge 9 stores a pressing-in quantity of the induction bar 5 by detecting the same and at the same time the head part 8 is faced to a pipe line direction by applying a rotation to a multi-ply wire 7 with a rotary machine 14 by transmitting a signal to a rotary controller 15 of the rotary machine 14, the induction bar 5 moves forward. When inversion arrives at a predetermined length, the induction bar 5 is pulled out, the inverted tube 4 is pasted and dried by casting heated fluid, the tip of the tube is opened by discharging a heating liquid and then the titled method is completed. |
