PURPOSE:To obtain the titled prepreg outstanding in both heat and moisture resistances, with little bubble attached thereon and with little residual bubble when made into laminates, by dehumidifying a glass cloth using hot rolls prior to impregnation of epoxy resin. CONSTITUTION:Prior to the impregnation of epoxy resin, a glass cloth is dehumidified at its surface temperature 40-120 (pref. 80-100) deg.C, using pref. two or more hot rolls of large diameter to reduce the moisture content in the cloth to <=0.002%, being passed, if needed through cooling roll(s) followed by impregnation in an epoxy resin varnish and drying, thus obtaining the objective prepreg.
