Improvements to support frames for filter elements according to the main patent. To improve the unclogging of the filter bag or medium carried by each framework 2, each of the side pieces 8-9 of the frame 7 of the latter is made up of two separate parts 8a-8b, 9a-9b, providing between them a clearance in which a means of articulation 18 between the two parts is fitted in order to allow their relative movement around these articulations. The articulation preferably consists of a spring with adjoined turns whose ends are force-fitted into the two parts which it joins. The invention makes it possible to subject each frame to a wiggling movement resulting in the filter bag being beaten by the vibrating springs fitted to the frame. <IMAGE>
