<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate the exchange work of a frame hold-down by mounting a support member detachably supporting the frame hold-down and installing a means pushing the frame hold-down in the direction of a lead frame to the support member. CONSTITUTION:Leaf springs 10 are fitted to a support member 9, and a frame hold-down 11 is supported in a groove formed to the support member 9. When the frame hold-down 11 is replaced with another one 12, the leaf springs 10 are turned in the direction of the arrow in the figure, using mounting pins 13 as pivots, the frame hold-down 11 is taken out from an upper section, and may be replaced with the frame hold-down 12. When a removable hole 12' is shaped previously to the frame hold-down 12, a tool such as forceps is inserted into the removable hole 12', and the frame hold-down 12 can easily be carried out from the support member 9. Since the frame hold-down 11 is pushed against the upper surface of a heater table 2 from an upper section by the leaf springs 10, the frame hold-down 11 is made parallel with the upper surface of the heater table 2 positively, and the so-called single-sided hold-down state of a lead frame is not brought.</p> |
