Products of formula: <IMAGE> in which - X: represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl or cycloalkyl radical, a halogen, a methoxy, a thiomethyl or a nitro and can be in position 5, 6 or 7 of the naphthyridine. - Y can be: an alkenyl or an alkynyl a chain -(CH2)n-S-(CH2)m-CH3 or -(CH2)n-S-(CH2)m-CH3 (n and m being numbers between 0 and 5) a chain (CH2)n-O-(CH2)m-CH3 (n and m defined as above) a chain -(CH2)n-OH or one of its esters (n defined as above) a chain -(CH2)n-CHOH-(CH2)m-CH3 or one of its esters (n and m defined as above) a chain -(CH2)n-CO-(CH2)m-CH3 (n and m defined as above) a phenyl, pyridyl, thiophene or furan ring. - Z and W represent a hydrogen atom, a halogen, a lower alkyl group containing 1 to 5 carbon atoms, a methoxy, a thiomethyl, a trifluoromethyl, a nitro, a cyano or an alkylcyano, - and the medicaments which contain them.
