PURPOSE:To simplify machining processes, ensure high accuracy in machining and reduce gear noise by constructing an assembly in such a way that respective back-to-back mounted couplings are inserted from both sides of a bearing insertion hole of a bearing support member. CONSTITUTION:A bearing support member 9 is formed with a coaxial perforation 9a for the insertion of a bearing. And back-to-back mounted outer races 11 and 11 of a tapered bearing 10 are inserted into the perforation 9a from both sides of thereof. In this case, collar sections 17 and 17 formed on the side end of an outer circumference of the back-to-back mounted outer races 11 and 11 strikes the side faces 18 and 18 of the periphery of a bearing insertion hole in touch therewith for positioning.
