PURPOSE:To improve cooking property as well as fire transfer property between a Bunsen burner and an entire primary burner by a method wherein the entire primary burner, provided with porous ceramics flame ports, is arranged at the center of a burner and the Bunsen burner, formed with a plurality of flame ports around a burner cap and with a plurality of small flame ports on the upper surface thereof, is arranged around the entire primary burner. CONSTITUTION:Flames 8, 8' are formed on the flame ports 7 and the small flame ports 7' of a Bunsen burner 27 by an external igniting means. Subsequently, the flames 20 are formed on the flame ports 16' of an entire primary burner 15 by the flames 8' whereby the surface of a porous ceramics 16 goes into red-hot condition. Radiation heat from the ceramics material and convection heat from the flame ports 7 on the circumference of a burner cap 29 are transferred to an oven 23, therefore, the amount of heat transfer becomes larger compared with a conventional burner. The flame ports 7 on the circumference of the burner cap 29 are formed upward obliquely and the flames 8 or combustion gas contact with the oven 23 surely, therefore, thermal efficiency may be improved. On the other hand, the ceramics flame ports 16 are arranged at the central part of the burner cap 29 whereby the central part of the oven 23 may be heated uniformly.
