PURPOSE:To compact a speed change mechanism by disposing concentrically an input shaft and a power shaft and adopting a soft resin in place of a gear as a transmitting member. CONSTITUTION:A knurled portion 3a is disposed on the outer side surface of a rotary machine coupling shaft 3, and an output bearing 3b is disposed oppositely to the position where a rotary machine output shaft 1b is pressed in and fastened, and further a ring 5 composed of a soft resin is disposed on the outer periphery of an intermediate transmission belt pulley 4. The outer side surface of the ring 5 is brought in adequate pressure contact with the knurled potion 3a of the rotary machine coupling shaft 3 and a knurled portion 6a of the inner side surface of an output belt pulley A6 respectively and the rotation is transmitted smoothly. Therefore, compaction of a speed change mechanism is achieved and the generation of a noise as in the case of using a gear can be prevented.
