PURPOSE:To provide the titled culture vessel having excellent flatness and enabling the research of cell, etc., in a state close to in vivo, by fixing a membrane filter to the bottom of a cylinder made of a synthetic resin. CONSTITUTION:A membrane filter 4 having pore diameter of 0.45mum and moistened with a mixture of ethanol and water is fixed to the bottom of a colorless transparent synthetic resin cylinder 1 having a height of 10-15mm and an inner diameter of about 10-30mm and attached with a flange 2 and legs 3 at the bottom.
