PURPOSE:To obtain a uniform and high-quality roasted laver, by detecting surface color tone of roasted laver and automatically controlling the heating temperature and transfer speed in a manner to attain a desired color tone in the process of transferring and roasting a dry laver raw material in a far infrared heating apparatus. CONSTITUTION:A dry laver raw material 1 is transferred by a transferring apparatus such as belt conveyor and roasted by passing through a far infrared heating apparatus 2. In the above process, the heating temperature of the far infrared heater 5 is controlled with a heat-controlling apparatus 10 and the transfer speed of the transferring apparatus is controlled with a speed controlling apparatus 14 in a manner to equalize the measured levels to those preset by a central controller 9. The surface color tone of the roasted laver sheet delivered from the heating apparatus 2 is detected by the color-detection sensor 3 and the heating temperature of the far infrared heater 5 or the transfer speed of the transferring apparatus is controlled to equalize the surface color tone of the roasted laver sheet to a prescribed tone. |
