PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for a memory that files individual duty data at the side of a time recorder by converting a timecard into an IC memory card to store the duty data in the timecard and at the same time calling out the duty data as necessary by a calling device set on the card. CONSTITUTION:When an IC memory card 1 is put into an electronic time recorder, memory processing is carried out for the individual control data on a data EEPROM 7 of the card 1 such as the updating of recording time points, the calculation of working hours, the updating of the totalization data. When various duty data are called out, a switch 9S is turned on and the code data corresponding to those duty data are inputted by means of ten keys 5T. Thus the desired duty data is called out of the EEPROM 7 and displayed on a liquid crystal display part 8. The memory contents of the card 1 are printed out and all cleared for reuse. |
