PURPOSE:To lighten the complication of algorithm in constitution and post- processing by providing a drive part and plural exchangeable optical filters inputting light with any specific wave length in accordance with a recognition target. CONSTITUTION:An optical filter 2 having such a characteristic that it transmits only the light of a specific wave length with respect to respective parts alpha, betaand gamma of the target to be recognized, and reflects light with any other wave length is previously set. According to a command from an image processor main body part 4, the drive part 3 mechanically drives the optical filter corresponding to purposes so as to be positioned in the front of the lens of a television camera at the timing of a picture input. Due to the action of the optical filter 2 the light of the specific wave length is inputted to an image input device. Based on transmitted light from the filter, processing is executed, whereby the complication of algorithm is lightened to improve processing efficiency.
