发明名称 NUMERICALLY CONTROLLED AUTOMATIC PROGRAMMING DEVICE
摘要 PURPOSE:To facilitate the easy production of a numerical control NC program by issuing automatically a speed command to the NC program to change the processing speed at a circular arc part so that a set circular arc error is secured. CONSTITUTION:A smoothing time constant Ts, a position loop time constant Tp and a set circular arc error DELTARa are supplied from an input means 1. A conversion processor S/W which converts a part program into an NC program obtains a processing speed Fa with which the circular arc error is equal to the set value DELTARa and compares the speed Fa with the processing speed Fn that is effective at the part which is under processing. When the speed Fn is lower than the speed Fa, the circular arc part is converted into an NC program from a part program. While a speed command code is put into the NC program to secure the speed Fa if the speed Fn is higher than the speed Fa. The processing speed is set again to the value Fn after the conversion process is through with the circular arc part.
