PURPOSE:To eliminate a slack of an ink sheet as time goes and to eliminate the occurrence of wrinkle by providing removing means for removing steam generated from a base material by flying by gas when heating an ink having an ink layer on the base material between the heating means and cooling means. CONSTITUTION:In the heat treating steps, an ink sheet 4 formed with an intermediate adhesive layer 2 and an ink layer 3 on a base material 1 is passed through a heating drum 13 and a cooling pipe 14, and the ink is fused, and solidified to become a solid ink layer. At this time, air or nitrogen gas is blown from a feed tube 22 of nozzle state thinly throttled at the end connected to a blower pump 21 horizontally to the back side of the ink sheet 4. Then, the steam heated by the drum 13 and generated from the material 1 of the sheet 4 is blown before bonded to the pipe 14. |
