PURPOSE:To retain the second actuator at its stop position without considering the life of a laser diode or a diamond chip by providing an integrator that integrates detection voltage. CONSTITUTION:A parallel circuit consisting of a capacitor C and a switch 11 is connected between the inversion input terminal and output terminal of a differential amplifier 10. The connection point of the inversion input terminal of the differential amplifier 10, the capacitor C and switch 11 are connected to the connection point of a speed detecting coil 1 and a resistor R1 through a resistor R5. The connection point of the output terminal of the differentials amplifier 10, capacitor C and switch 11 is connected to the connection point of the non-inversion input terminal of a differential amplifier 2 and a resistor R3. In the case where input voltage ei is high frequency, an integrator 12 operates as an integrator, and when input voltage ei is low frequency, the integrator does not operate as a perfect integrator. Thus, according to the amplitude of disturbance that becomes larger generally in low band and smaller in high band, output voltage E0 that cancels it is outputted from the differential amplifier 2 to a linear motor driving coil 3.
