PURPOSE:To facilitate operation and to secure a communication by providing a storage means where the names of plural senders in the same originating station are registered and a means which selects plural registered names of senders and transmits them in the form of image information. CONSTITUTION:Individual names, departments, etc., of plural senders in an originating station where facsimile equipment is installed can be inputted on a keyboard 7b and the plural input sender's names are also stored in a specific area of a ROM 8. The plural senders are registered previously in the ROM 8 in the order of, for example, the 1st sender, the 2nd sender and their selection is made according to their priority. When a sender selection key is pressed, the telephone number corresponding to the sender selection key is read out of the ROM 8 and the sender's name is added on an original automatically.
