PURPOSE:To buffer the deformation of a movable plate under the reduced pressure to prevent breakage of a sheet valve by arranging a synthetic resin plate having the same thickness as a fixed plate in a hole installed in a fixed plate in which a disk-like synthetic resin movable plate having elasticity for forming a sheet valve is mounted. CONSTITUTION:A plate group 7 comprising a positive plate 4 welded with a post 3 and a negative plate 5 welded with a post 3' and a separator 6 is surrounded with a bag-shaped jacket 2 made of polyethylene film 1 and the surroundings are sealed with the posts 3, 3' exposed. A hole 3 is installed on a side, which is in contact with the plate group 7, of the outer jacket 2. A sheet valve 13 comprising a disk-like synthetic resin movable plate 9 having elasticity and a disk-like synthetic resin fixed plate 12 having a hole 11 in its center is mounted on the hole 8. A synthetic resin plate 14 having slightly smaller diameter than the hole 11 and having the same thickness as the fixed plate 12 is inserted into the hole 11. The sheet valve 13 is mounted on the hole 8 of the outer jacket 2. Thereby, the deformation of the movable plate 9 under the reduced pressure is buffered by the resin plate 14 to prevent breakage of the sheet valve 13. |
