Copolymer solution, process for its preparation, and its use

The copolymer solution contains inert organic solvents which are customary in the surface coatings (paints) industry and hydroxyl-containing copolymers having hydroxyl numbers of from 40 to 180 with a composition according to Claims 1 to 5, which are used in two-component paints together with polyisocyanate as curing agent, optionally together with nitrocelluloses and/or epoxy resins which are customary in the paints industry. The two-component paints can be employed as primers, primer-fillers and spray fillers and have surprising properties in various directions.
