PURPOSE:To prevent the variation of the air-fuel ratio due to the spike lean in acceleration by learning the quantity increase coefficient in acceleration according to the deviation between the engine air-fuel ratio detected by an exhaust sensor and the aimed air-fuel ratio and correcting the deviation in acceleration so as to be set within a prescribed range. CONSTITUTION:An electronic control circuit 44 calculates the fundamental injection quantity of a fuel injection valve 4 on the basis of each detection value of a pressure sensor 6 which is installed in a surge tank 12 and a revolution angle sensor 48 on the downstream side of a throttle valve 8, and calculates the feedback correction coefficient for the control to an aimed air-fuel ratio on the basis of the detection value of a lean sensor 30. The deviation between the engine air-fuel ratio and the aimed air fuel ratio is calculated, and when the deviation is set outside a prescribed range, the quantity increase coefficient in acceleration is corrected so as to be set within the prescribed range.
