PURPOSE:To make the wall thickness of a nozzle uniform and prevent the cracking or breaking of the nozzle, by arranging and forming many glass inlet holes in a bushing plate, pushing and perforating each glass inlet hole with hard balls to perforate spinning holes and forming the nozzle. CONSTITUTION:A bushing plate material 1 is placed on a template 3' having many holes 2 at a given interval and then pushed into the holes 2 of the template 3' by a punch 4 to form protrusions 5 and further glass inlet holes 6 on the back side of the protrusions 5 and the same time. A hard ball 11 is provided in each glass inlet hole 6 and pressed by a punch 13 having a fine wire part 12 at the tip thereof to perforate the glass inlet hole 6 with the hard ball 11 and form a nozzles 9. Thereby the aimed bushing plate 10' is obtained. |
