PURPOSE:To simply and accurately change the height of a charged line by providing attachably and detachably a variable fitting position member for changing the height of the charged line apart from the first and the second insulating member. CONSTITUTION:Inside the insulating materials 3 and 4, variable fitting position adjusting boards 14 and 15 for charging the height of the charged line 1 are provided attachably and detachably in a recess part 16 formed in the insulating members 3 and 4. Furthermore, the external shape of the variable fitting position adjusting boards 14 and 15 is a square, and in the central part of said boards 14 and 15, a deformed square hole 17 is formed. Each vertex of the hole 17 is situated in the center of each side of the variable fitting position adjusting boards 14 and 15, and the distance of each vertex from each side differs. When the variable fitting position adjusting boards 14 and 15 are inserted in the recessed part 16 of the insulating materials 3 and 4 in a condition where the charged line 1 is passed through the hole 17, the charged line 1 can be placed in the center of a discharging aperture part in the case 2, and the height of the charged line 1 corresponding to each side of the variable fitting position adjusting boards 14 and 15 can be obtained accurately. Thus, the height of the charged line can be changed easily and accurately.
