PURPOSE:To improve the ambient environment and the work efficiency by loading a developer collecting device, driving a developing device and collecting the developer in the developing device into a developer collecting container. CONSTITUTION:In a developing device 3, the first screw 32 and the second screw are rotated in the (c) and (d) directions of an arrow respectively, and while a developer is circulated and conveyed in conveying paths 34 and 35, a part of the developer is magnetically adsorbed to the surface of a developing sleeve 4 by the magnetic force of a magnetic roller 5. The developer held on the developing sleeve 4, when it is conveyed in the same direction based upon the rotation of the (b) direction of an arrow of the developing sleeve 4 and arrives at the facing part of a developer collecting container 100, is separated from the surface of the developing sleeve 4 by the repulsion type magnetic field formed by the same pole magnetic part n3/n3, naturally dropped and collected successively into the developer collecting container 100. Thus, the ambient environment and the work efficiency are improved. |
