PURPOSE:To facilitate jam processing and maintenance on recording medium feeding paths by making it possible to open two or more out of plural recording medium feeding paths. CONSTITUTION:Feeding paths 15-17 are formed toward a resist roll 14 by recording medium storage cassettes 8 and 9 and a manual insertion mechanism 10. A pair of vertical walls 24 are turnably arranged in a section interposed between broken lines A2 and A1 of a lower body 31, and the resist roll 14, an upper stage cassette 9, the manual insertion mechanism 10, paper feeding rolls 12 and 13, and feeding paths 16 and 17 are laid between vertical walls 24. If the jam processing or the maintenance is required on a carrying path of the manual insertion mechanism 10, an upper body 30 is divided along a dividing line A1-A1' and is opened with a turning fulcrum 32 as the center; and if the jam processing or the maintenance is required on a carrying path of a lower stage cassette 8, the part between vertical walls 24 of the lower body 31 is turned around a turning fulcrum 33 to divide and open the lower body 31 in the state where the upper body 30 is opened.
