PURPOSE:To obtain a film having curability equivalent to that of a common thermosetting resin, by forming a modified phenoxy resin obtained by reacting with isocyanatoethyl methacrylate into a film and curing this. CONSTITUTION:This cured film is obtained by reacting 1 equivalent of hydroxyl groups of a phenoxy resin of a MW >=5000 with at least 0.01 equivalent of isocyanatoethyl methacrylate, forming a composition obtained by adding at least 0.1% organic peroxide to the obtained reaction product into a film and curing it. As the organic peroxide, a peroxy ester such as t-butyl peroxybenzoate or t-buty oxylaurate is particularly desirable.
