PURPOSE:To make it possible to start a single mode and a delay mode by one switch by connecting an input terminal of low priority directly, and connecting an input terminal of high priority through a multi-contact change- over switch for mode selection. CONSTITUTION:An integrated circuit IC1 is so constituted that when input is made on to plural input terminals simultaneously, the larger the input terminal number, the higher the priority. Accordingly, when a switch SW2 is turned to S position, a switch SW1 is selected to CHA position, and a switch SW3 is turned on, input 1 and 3 of the integrated circuit IC are made on at the same time. However, as the priority of input 3 is higher, pulse corresponding to the input terminal 3 is outputted, and single mode operation is made in a channel CHA. When the switch SW1 is selected to CHB and the switch SW3 is made on, input 4 is made preferential, and single mode operation is made in the channel CHB. Similarly, when the switch SW2 is selected to DS position and the switch SW3 is made on, input 5 or 6 takes preference and operation of a delay mode is made in the channel CHA or CHB.
