PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition giving a molding having an excellent appearance, by adding a specified metal compound to an ethylene copolymer upon which an ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acid is grafted and further mixing the mixture with an ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer saponificate resin. CONSTITUTION:An ethylene/acrylate copolymer or ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer (A) upon which an ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acid (anhydride), e.g., maleic anhydride, is grafted is mixed with 0.02-0.3 equivalent, per equivalent of the ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acid component contained in component A, of a metal compound (B) comprising a hydroxide or salt of a Group Ia or IIa metal of the periodic table (e.g., sodium carbonate) or mixed with both of the metal compound and an ethylene/acrylate copolymer or an ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer. This mixture is mixed with an ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer saponificate resin of an ethylene component content of 20-55 mol % and a degree of saponification >= 90%.
