PURPOSE:To make assembling simple by providing a joining part and a receiving part at the ends of cartridge frame bisected vertically, and coupling these and assembling them. CONSTITUTION:Projections 40-43 are passed through positioning holes 44, 45 provided in the case 20 of a electrifier 2 or positioning holes 46, 47 provided in the fitting plate 34, and the tips of projections are welded. A fitting plate 34 on which the electrifier 2, a blade 30 and a partition plate 33 are attached is welded and fixed to an upper frame 6a, and further, a photosensitive drum 1 and a rotary plate 32 for toner recovering are attached to a lower frame 6b, and then the upper and lower frames 6a, 6b are coupled. A projection 60b is provided at the end of the upper frame 6a, and a concavity 60b is provided in the lower frame 6b, and upper and lower frames 6a, 6b couples the projection 60a to the concavity 60b. Thus, assembling can be made simply. |
