PURPOSE:To well detach a fiber from a bobbin, when the fiber is rewound, and to prevent the fiber from its break and nap, by winding a bunch of fragile fibers, wound onto the bobbin with a surface having fine ruggedness, by a single layer. CONSTITUTION:When a bunch of fragile fibers is wound onto a bobbin, said bobbin performs winding so as to be completed by a single layer. ANd the bobbin forms fine ruggedness on its surface while performs the winding of the bunch of fragile fibers at a speed not less than 200m/min. In this way, even if the winding is performed in a high speed while large tension is given, a fiber, when it is rewound, is well detached from the bobbin and enabled to be rewound in a high speed further stably, further the long continuous fiber can be obtained preventing the fiber from its damage, break and nap due to the fellow bunches of fibers rubbing each other.
