PURPOSE:To perform always proper cooking without any influence from the temperature surrounding the device by setting the weight of a food and detecting the surrounding temperature and setting the time of food heating according to weight information and temperature information. CONSTITUTION:When a food is placed on a shelf board 2 in heating chamber 1 and the door is closed, the weight of the food is sensed by a weight sensor and a corresponding voltage signal is outputted. This output signal is amplified by an amplifier 21 and converted by a converter 22 and supplied to a computer 30. A voltage that corresponds to the room temperature is generated at the connection point of a resistor 23 and a temperature sensor 11. This voltage is converted by a converter 24 and supplied to the computer 30. The kind of the food is set in an operation section, and when the start operation of cooking is made, the computer 30 automatically sets the heating time (t) according to weight information, food kind information, and further room temperature information and turns ON a transistor 32 and operates a relay 14, which makes a magnetron 4 issue oscillation and the food on the shelf board 2 is heated by induction. When the counting value reaches the heating time (t), the computer 30 stops the operation of the relay 14 and the oscillation of the magnetron 4 stops. With this constitution proper cooking can be made all the time.
