PURPOSE:To reduce the curl of a transfer paper with a simple constitution by installing a conveyance means holding and conveying a transfer paper at the down stream in the transfer paper feed direction of a pair of fixing rollers and positioning the nipple part of the conveyance means at a lower part than the nipple lines of a pair of fixing rollers. CONSTITUTION:The transfer paper 5 carrying unfixed toner is held and conveyed by a pair of fixing rollers 2 and 3, and its tip is peeled off by a separation claw 8. While the paper 5 is guided by guide plates 9 and 10, it is held by conveyance members constituted as a pair of discharge rollers 11 and 12, which are arranged so that they can be lower than the nipple line L1 formed by the nipple parts N1 of a pair of fixing rollers 2 and 3. Thus the nipple parts N1 of a pair of fixing rollers 2 and 3 pull the transfer paper 5 in the direction reverse to a picture direction where the transfer paper 5 is curled, and its curl is corrected to discharge the transfer paper 5.
