PURPOSE:To attempt to carry out an energy saving operation and to reduce noise by providing a capacity memory means for previously checking the relationship between the opening degree of dampers and the operational condition of a blower and storing the same, and also providing blast control means for varying the capacity of the blower in accordance with the opening degree of the damper based on the output of said capacity memory means. CONSTITUTION:After completion of execution of works for an air conditioning system, all the dampers 4 are fully opened by the manipulation of a main controller 16, and a blower 2 is operated at a minimum rotational speed. By this operation whether a pressure switch 5 is operated or not is discriminated. When the switch 5 is not operated, the rotational speed is increased to the second stage. When the action of the pressure switch 5 is confirmed, the number of the dampers which are fully opened and the number of the operational stage of the blower 2 are stored in the memory of a controller 17. In a case where the pressure switch 51 is not actuated even at the final stage of the blower rotational speed, the final stage is stored and the number of fully opened dampers 4 is subtracted by one. Then, the number of the operational stage of the rotational speed of the blower 2 when three damper 4 are fully opened is stored. Thus, the control of the blower in accordance with the opening degree of the damper can be conducted by an inexpensive pressure switch.
