PURPOSE:To enable an adhesive tape to be economically glued with no necessity for applying any particular process, by providing a means, which feeds the adhesive tape to be supplied intermittently toward a glued material in a fixed interval, and a means which presses the adhesive tape to the glued material to be further cut when the adhesive tape is stopped. CONSTITUTION:An adhesive tape 14, which is intermittently fed out being held between a fixed pitch supply roll 22 and a pinch roll 24, is fed to a feed roll 32. The feed roller 32 is formed so as to blow out air from small holes, provided in a main rotary unit, having many rugged parts on the surface, and a hollow part in the center of the main unit, and from a recess provided spacing a distance in the axial line direction of the roll. While a device provides an upper part guide 44 and a bottom part guide 38 in a rear part of the feed roll while many air holes 36 in the bottom part guide 38. The adhesive tape 14 is intermittently fed out through the supply roll 22, feed roll 32 and the guide parts, and the tape, when it is stopped, is pressed by a pressing unit 60 to a glued material 16 while cut by a cutter provided in one end of the material, being periodically glued.
