PURPOSE:To obtain the titled siphon reduced in a wt. and having safety, by a method wherein an injection/ejection mechanism part is mounted to a bottle made of a synthetic resin through a packing in a freely detachable manner and a sleeve for regulating a water level is mounted to the packing and, further, an exhaust port is provided to the injection/ejection mechanism part. CONSTITUTION:An injection/ejection mechanism part 6 is detached from a screw head 9 to open the upper surface of a sleeve 12 and water is injected in a synthetic resin bottle 2 until the rising in the water level is stopped by the under surface of the sleeve 12. After the injection of water was finished, the bottle 2 and the injection/ejection mechanism part 6 are again hermetically closed by a packing 10. Subsequently, the head part of the carbon dioxide gas bomb 7 inserted in a cartridge holder 17 upside down is drilled by a drilling needle 8 by rotating a head cover 16 and carbon dioxide is injected to make soda water. At this time, the sleeve is detached to inject water and, even if the excessive injection of water was performed, only carbon dioxide is exhausted out of the soda siphon by the exhaust hole 16 drilled up to the side surface of the packing 10 and overpressure in the bottle is prevented.
