PURPOSE:To require no covers and reduce a generator in size and weight, by setting a pulser plate inside the generator. CONSTITUTION:A frame 1 is formed with a side wall 2 and a surrounding wall 3 extending inward from the side wall 2 to the axial direction. The central section of the side wall 2 is provided with an opening section, and a generator stator having coils 12a-12d arranged in the opening section is fitted on the external surface of the side wall 2. Besides,, and opening section for an ignition pulse generating unit is set near the outer periphery of the side wall 2, and a pulser coil 16 is fitted penetrating the opening section. Besides, a rotary magnet 22 confronted with the stator and contained in the surrounding wall 3 and a pulser plate 25 confronted with the pole of the pulser coil 16 are fixed on a rotary shaft passing through the center of the frame 1.
