PURPOSE:To enhance working efficiency and safety, in the solid discharge apparatus in a reaction tower, by mounting a means for injecting a high pressure liquid to the filler and accumulated substance solidified in the reactor to fluidize the same and a means for sucking out the fluidized substance to the outside of the reaction tower. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of nozzles 3 and a sucking-out pipe 4 are downwardly moved by a winder 12. Subsequently, a high pressure liquid is injected to an accumulated substance from the nozzles 3 and the accumulated substance is ground and fluidized by the jet force of the high pressure liquid. At this time, a turntable 6 allows the downwardly directed nozzles to grind the accumulated substance downwardly while revolves. At the pint of time when grinding advances to a certain degree, the injection of the liquid is stopped and the fluidized accumulated substance is discharged to the outside of a reaction tower 1 by a vacuum pump through the sucking-out pipe 4. Next, injection is performed by laterally directed nozzles while the turntable 6 is again revolved to grind the accumulated substance in the circumferential direction and the sucking-out and discharge of the fluidized accumulated substance is performed in the same way. The above mentioned work is repeatedly performed to easily remove the accumulated substance out of the reaction tower 1. |
