PURPOSE:To prevent the inadvertent opening of a fuel lid, etc. by preventing a switching element from being turned ON if an ignition key switch is turned ON or at start position when a signal is supplied from an opening operation switch. CONSTITUTION:When an ignition key switch 4 is turned ON or at start position, a signal in Hi-level is input into the input terminal (a) of a control circuit 5, and the signal in Lo-level is input at the position other than the start position. When an operating switch 3 is turned OFF, the signal in Hi-level is input from a battery source +B into the input terminal (b) of the control circuit 5, and when the operating switch is turned ON, the signal in Lo-level is input. Therefore, if the operation switch 3 is turned ON, when a key switch 4 is turned ON or at start position,the input terminal (a) of the control circuit 5 becomes Hi, and the input terminal (b) becomes Lo. Therefore, the output of a NOR circuit 6 becomes Lo, and a switching element 2 is turned OFF, and no electric current flows in a solenoid 1. |
