PURPOSE:To enable a stencil-discharging operation to be wholly performed easily and without making hands dirty, by providing sheet-fastening means for detachable fastening a stencil-containing sheet, on either side of a stencil feeding passage in proximity to a stencil feeding-out port of a discharged stencil feeding means. CONSTITUTION:A stencil S released from a form cylinder 1 by a stencil-releasing click 4 is fed through a stencil feeding-out port 24 into a discharged stencil accommodating space 14, and is contained into the inside of a stencil-containing sheet A. When the inside of the sheet A is filled up with the stencils S, an upper cover 12 is opened, an end part 11b of a movable bottom plate 11 is lifted up to release the sheet A from the fastening by the bottom plate 11 and a sheet clamp piece 20. The sheet A in the form of a tilted-down U-shaped bag in the space 14 is drawn out as it is to the exterior through the gap between the upper cover 12 and an end cover 13, and the sheet A is cut by a sheet cutter blade 22 and a presser member 23. The used stencils S are discarded together with the sheet A containing them.
