PURPOSE:To attain an accurate data input job by providing a function which prints indicated data after converting it into a bar code and a function which converts the bar code into the input data on a central computer to some personal computers. CONSTITUTION:The personal computers 10a, 11a... and 10b, 11b... are connected to a central computer 1 for communication of data. Then bar code readers 20-22 and handy terminal input devices 30-32 are connected to at least some of said personal computers 10a, 11a... in a attachable/detachable way. Here the devices 30-32 contains memory functions respectively and the computers 10a, 11a... contain a function which prints designated data after converting it into a bar code and a function which converts the bar code read by a bar code reader into the input data on the computer 1 respectively. Thus the indicated data on a series of material purchasing jobs can be processed consistently by means of bar codes This can decrease artificial input mistakes in the subsequent data processing jobs. |
