PURPOSE:To operate the air conditioner at around its maximum efficiency point and to accomplish overall energy-savings by varying the output voltage of an inverter so that the output power may be reduced to minimum. CONSTITUTION:A power operation element 12 works out power from the detected values of a current and a voltage. A power value memory element 13 with a detected power value. A pattern shift operation element 10 outputs the sift command of the pattern to an operational pattern memory element 8 as a result of the comparison of it. When an operational pattern is changed, he output from a reverse conversion element 4 adds and subtracts the output voltage only, so hat an input value to a motor 5 for compressor is changed. Thus, the operational pattern i changed with frequency kept unchanged until the power value comes to minimum. |
